This page provides a list of the people in the class of 1966, in alphabetical order, using the surname that they were known by at the time. Where the person is known to now use another surname, the new surname is also listed. (How come none of the blokes seem to have changed their name?).

The page provides basic information about each person. It includes approximate location, and email-address where known. But we've avoided publishing addresses and phone-numbers on an openly-available web-site. Jenny See is maintaining that list off-line. So if you're having difficulty contacting a classmate, ask Jenny, or the webmaster.

Names in RED indicate people who booked for the event on 21 October 2006. Names with (-) indicate people who said they couldn't make it that night. Here is a rough photo gallery from the event. This site belongs to all of us, and its usefulness depends on the information that we all provide. If 'six degrees of separation' means anything, then between us we have contact with everyone. So please send us your own details, information about other class-members, amendments and updates. At peak, we achieved email-contact with 85% of the list; but email-addresses seem to die off at 5-10% p.a. – which, fortunately, is a great deal faster than their owners. We've achieved some kind of contact with all but 2 of the 92. Explanatory Notes about the the table are below.

Notes on the Tables

The first table comprises people who were in the 'Class of 1996 – Seniors' list provided by BHS in early 2006. The second table comprises other people who were in the cohort at some stage (in some cases, until well into 1966), or otherwise closely associated with the '66 cohort, and who have been in recent contact.

My memory is that there were nearly 150 in the cohort in 1965, reducing to 109 at the beginning of 1966, and (according to the school's records) 92 at the end. The tables would be unmanageably large if we tried to include everyone who was in Fourth Form in 1964. That would be about 450 people, I guess, because I think there were about 1300 in the school as a whole that year, pre-Kepnock, and long before North Bundy High. The first three columns reflect anything that the team responsible for the site think that they know. The last two columns contain only material that's either readily found elsewhere on the net, or that's been supplied by the individual concerned. As a small, unincorporated association, we're not subject to much in the way of privacy law. But it's better to be polite ...
