The list of associations is in alphabetical order. Inclusion or omission of an organisation implies nothing other than that it was included or omitted. I will make best efforts to make amendments, additions and deletions that are notified to me at Roger.Clarke@anu.edu.au.

Acknowledgements

I originally prepared the list in August 1996, on the basis of my existing bookmarks plus additional web-searching, while writing a paper for CAUDIT on 'How Do You Cope With Censorship? An Analysis for IT Services Executives'. I updated it in October (thanks to Kaaren Koomen and David Goldstein of the Australian Broadcasting Authority for their assistance while undertaking that revision), again in November 1996 (thanks to Michael Baker of EFA and Paul Budde of SPAN/the Forum for their assistance with that revision), and again in April 1997 (thanks to Mark Nearhos and several others on that occasion).
