Abstract

Such promises as AI offers to Cybersecurity are undermined by its threats.

Do we yet have an adequate grasp of AI's fit to human needs?

Has society achieved a mature understanding of the nature of security in general, and of national security and cybersecurity in particular?

Can we structure a (co-)regulatory regime that will manage AI's risks and deliver its potential value?

Some proposals will be offered, for participants to articulate, to question and to rebut.
