Maria Lucon/Tome/Capelin was Linda's father's mother's mother.

This page records the tree of her brother-in-law from her first marriage.

Here is the upper Tome tree.

Although technically maybe not relations, they were expeditioners, and Girolamo
was instrumental in the endeavour, and contact has been maintained over the generations.

Girolamo was an agent for the Marquis de Ray, and may have suffered some ill-will for it

Had 43ac. near Holsworthy (SW of Sydney) by 1883.
The family grew fruit and vegetables for marketing.
By late 1890s they had shops at Annandale and later Leichhardt.

    Here's a contemporary report. Note the significance of fruitgrowing in the area at the time
    Nicolo was b. 9 Apr 1874, Poggioreale, Sicilia - a ghost town since an earthquake in 1968.
    Nicolo and his father, Salvatore, initially migrated to the USA. They weren't suited to cane cutting in Louisiana.
    On a coin toss, decided to try Australia (not Canada), arrived in Sydney 1890/91.
