This Symposium is the world's premier meeting place for practitioners of academic and industrial research and education in such areas as electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic funds transfer (EFTS and EFT/POS), applications of magnetic-stripe and smart cards, on-line directories, and on-line screen-based trading.
Bled can be reached by flying into Slovenia's capital, Ljubljana, which has direct flights from all major European airports. Alternatively, there are convenient train connections along the Frankfurt-Munich-Salzburg-Villach and Vienna-Villach corridors.
The Fee for the Conference and Symposium is $US250. Authors of accepted papers will pay half of the Conference Fee ($US125). Students registered through their course supervisors will pay a discounted fee of $US125. The Fee includes conference proceedings, lunches and refreshments.
Forms are available to register for the Symposium and the associated Conference, to make accommodation bookings and to register your arrival time.
